全国ブロック大会は7月25日江戸川区臨界球場で行われ、7月26日からの世界大会への出場権を獲得したのは次の2チームです。All Japan Tournaments were held on July 25 to decide the remaining tow Japan delegations for the 31st Boys Nankyu World Championship. Following two teams won, and obtainthe rights to participate to the World Cahmpionship starting July 26 in Edogawa/Tokyo.
Japan 1 Delegation:東西シニア（関東１）: Touzai Senior(Kanto1)
Japan 2 Delegation: 御室体振ウイングス（京都）: Omuro Taishin Wings(Kyoto)
また、世界大会入場行進には次の6チームも参加します。The following 5 teams are also participate to the opening parade of the World Championship.

オール大阪（大阪）: All Osaka(Oska)
新潟ジュニアベースボール(新潟）: Niigata Junior (Niigata)
